Stop wasting resources on terrible solutions (That means you C@P))
Over the last 6 years the Lake Echo C@P site received very little funding, just enough to do minor upgrades to the ancient computers.
Oddly, late last year they decided that they would drop a $7000 server into the Lake Echo location. They decided for some reason that by setting up the C@P site in such a way that the five computers basically use the server as a hard drive instead of using their local drive. $7000 for a hard drive is ridiculous considering a nice 250gb hdd (all that these computers would ever need) comes in at around $50.… more3 votes -
